These terms apply to the ETF Pulse website and to ETF Pulse content published on it and on ETF Pulse's channels (together, the "content"). ETF Pulse is operated by Tarık Ergün, an individual (the "operator", "we"). By using the content, you agree to these terms.
1. Education, not investment advice
The content is general information for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security or fund. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. ETF Pulse provides general educational and informational content. Its content does not constitute personalized investment advice, and the site does not currently offer brokerage services.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before making financial decisions, consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.
2. Accuracy and no guarantees
We work to base the content on primary, official sources and to state the dates our figures refer to. However:
- fund details such as fees, holdings and index rules change, and the content may become outdated after it is published;
- the content may contain errors or omissions;
- the content is produced with the help of software, including AI tools.

Unless stated otherwise, the ETF Pulse name, logo and content are owned by the operator. Fund names, index names and other trademarks belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
You may view and share links to the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to ETF Pulse and a link to the source. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- republish, re-upload, sell or otherwise commercially exploit the content;
- present the content as your own or remove attribution;
- alter the content in a way that changes its meaning or presents it as personal investment advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or content unlawfully; to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website; or to use the content to mislead others, for example by presenting it as a guarantee of returns.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The content may link to third-party websites, such as fund issuers and regulators, and is distributed on platforms such as YouTube. We do not control those sites or platforms, and their own terms and policies apply.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the content after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice does not take away any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, for example as a consumer.
